Pricing method

We offer high-resolution, seamless 720º panoramic virtual tour services, providing viewers with an immersive spatial experience. Using a full-frame DSLR sensor paired with high-quality lenses, supplemented by artificial lighting alongside ambient light, we greatly enhance the detail and color accuracy of the space. This allows us to deliver ultra-high-resolution panoramic images that faithfully recreate the on-site atmosphere for a more authentic virtual tour experience.

720º panoramic virtual tour creation

The pricing units for virtual tours are divided into three parts:number of Hotspot、Tour hosting fee、Embedding flat photos or videos(information card creation).

number of HotspotA hotspot is a single tour point composed of several to a dozen photos stitched together to form a complete 720° panoramic image,This serves as a basic pricing unit.。
Tour hosting feeThe virtual tour must be presented as a webpage through a platform that provides web hosting services for the completed tour (of course, it can also be opened on a computer using specific software, but this limits viewing to that device only). Therefore, the tour files must be hosted via a web hosting platform (such as a web design company or cloud-based tour hosting service) that requires a paid subscription for use.
Embedding flat photos or video mediaIf there is a need to embed flat photos or videos to emphasize or highlight certain elements, additional pricing will apply.

Platform hosting fees are based on the corresponding hosting platform’s pricing, applied directly by the client. We will assist by uploading the tour files on your behalf.

The above prices serve as base rates; actual costs may vary based on on-site inspection and specific customer requirements.
Additional fees apply for each flat photo taken to create information cards.

Indoor Photography

Indoor space photography is no longer limited by ambient light and indoor lighting conditions. By using artificial lighting, we create clean images with outstanding detail, crafting scenes that evoke stronger emotions through controlled lighting setups.

A one-time service fee of NT$ 3,500 applies, plus the cost of photos based on the shooting subject. If the total photo shooting price exceeds NT$ 8,000, the service fee will be waived.

3D dollhouse model

3D dollhouse models (hereafter referred to as “dollhouses”) are suitable for:Applications that require emphasizing spatial layout and configuration.Scenes with relatively lower demands for image detail, such as real estate agents showcasing property layouts or new developments displaying floor plans, suitable for short-term presentations and rapidly changing properties.

The pricing unit for dollhouses is based on:The size of the space (in square meters).、Tour hosting fee、The number of embedded photo or video media files.。
Space size: The minimum project size is 42 ping, with pricing based on the actual size of the shooting space.
Platform hosting fee: USD$100 per year.
